Stanley White is the little brother of Ashley featured in My Big Sister is a Witch. He is friends with Luke.
He is eventually revealed to be her STEP-brother. Stanley's biological father Franklin White married Ashley's mom Susan (who became Susan White) to become Stanley's stepmother.
It's unclear who Stanley's mom biologically was. She is presumably either divorced or deceased or missing.
